Our roughly 400 trainers are designated business language trainers and strictly meet the following criteria:

  • They are native speakers or bilingual.
  • They have a university degree.
  • They have educational qualifications.
  • They have experience with in-company training.
  • They have experience working in industry and commerce.
  • They have specialized knowledge in certain areas (finance, technology, medicine, etc.).

Most of our trainers are certified examiners for the

  • European Language Certificate telc (B-license) and therefore have extensive knowledge regarding the importance of the CEF in foreign language training.

Our trainers are subject to continuous monitoring; receive feedback regarding their client evaluations and the learning processes of their students. Furthermore, they take part in our continuing education events on a continuing basis. They are not only well-educated but also strive to continually expand their knowledge, for example on current topics such as the use of the internet in the classroom and basic topics such as the use of role play during foreign language training. Many work to officially qualify to be a

  • certified CENTRA trainer for the virtual classroom
  • certified site tutors for blended learning programs, together with our partners in charge of eLearning solutions
  • certified suggestopedian
  • certified language trainers for business terminology

just to name a few examples.
