How can you secure a visa for Germany in order to attend a language course at Eifert. Sprachen. Seminare. Coaching. ?

• You must book our intensive course consisting of 80 Teaching Units (UE) / 4 weeks
• First you have to register with us for the entire duration of the desired visa term, maximum 18 months, and minimum 3 months.
• The entire course fee for the term of the booked course must be paid in advance.
• Upon receipt of payment we will issue an acknowledgement of payment and course confirmation.
• You have to use those documents (payment receipt and course confirmation) to apply for a visa at the German embassy in your home country.
  We recommend inquiring in advance at the German embassy if additional documents are necessary in the respective country.

In case your visa application is rejected, please send us a copy of your rejection letter and our original documents. We will refund your deposit at once, minus a cancelation fee of 10% of the course fees, or € 100.00, whichever is higher.  If you wish to postpone the start date of your course you must file an extension with our office at least 4 days prior to commencement of course, otherwise the deposit cannot be refunded.
