If you have booked a long-term language course, you can book your accommodations together with your language course with us. We have a contingent of single and double occupancy rooms at our disposal. **

For short-term language courses we are happy to procure accommodations for you that can be rented directly from the landlord. Please let us know how we can accommodate you.

The procured accommodations can be booked for a longer period (than that of the language course), while the rooms in our contingent are tied to the length of the language course.

Contingent Description:

Single occupancy, 1 room apartment with external kitchen, shower and toilet, TV, radio, bed (without bedcover, must be purchased for € 38,50), etc. for € 410 per month, incl. electricity, water, etc., cleaning.
Double occupancy. 1 room apartment with external kitchen, shower and toilet, TV, radio, bed (without bedcover, must be purchased for € 38,50), etc. for € 275 per month, incl. electricity, water, etc., cleaning.
 Security Deposit: € 300 / Person. Refund at the end of the rental term if the apartment is in proper and clean condition.

* Procured rooms: Rental conditions depend on the landlord. Generally, the room must be booked in advance and paid at the time of booking if rental term is between 1 and 3 months. If rental term exceeds 3 months, the first 3 months must be paid in advance.

** Our contingent: You book your room together with your language course for a term of 6 to 9 months. Upon receipt of your course fee you will also receive a booking receipt for your room.
